Grandma Mccray'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 bag broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Melt cheese and margarine. Mix broccoli (semi-frozen), rice and undiluted soup in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour in hot water. Add most of cheese and margarine.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour remaining cheese mixture over top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
