Guilt Free Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Wash and drain potatoes, then cut into lengthwise quarters. Combine cheese and spices on large paper plate.
    Press cut surfaces of potatoes firmly into mixture.
    Place potato slices, cut sides down, on a vegetable oil sprayed cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Roast potatoes in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes and then turn so other cut side of potato is on cookie sheet with a metal spatula and cook 30 more minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
