Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 can beef broth
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 large tomato, quartered
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    rice, cooked separately
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Season All
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with Season All.
    Melt butter and brown meat. Pour in beef broth.
    Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Add onions and bell pepper.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, water and cornstarch.
    Stir together and pour over meat.
    Cook until sauce starts to thicken (approximately 1 to 2 minutes).
    Add tomatoes.
    Do not cook any longer!
    Pour over rice.
