Linguine With Sweet Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. olive oil
3 1/2 c. chopped sweet peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. minced shallot
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or oregano
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. honey
8 oz. linguine, cooked
Preparation

Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the peppers, onions, garlic, shallots and basil or oregano.
Cook on medium-low until vegetables are soft, approximately 20 minutes.
Stir in honey and vinegar.
