Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small zucchini
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 egg
1/3 c. Mozzarella
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cut zucchini lengthwise.
Scoop out to 1/4-inch.
Chop pulp.
Brown hamburger.
Drain fat.
Stir in pulp, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup sauce and egg; mix well.
Place shells in shallow dish.
Spoon meat mixture into shells.
Pour sauce over and around zucchini. Cover and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
