Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. margarine
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
chocolate Kisses (optional)

Preparation

Mix flour, salt and baking soda.
Set aside.
Mix margarine, peanut butter and sugars, mixing well.
Add eggs; beat well.
Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture.
Drop by teaspoon on pan; flatten with fork or drop by teaspoon on pan and flatten just a little.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes and while still warm put chocolate Kiss on top.
Cool.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
