Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can chopped chilies (small size)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 large cabbage, cut up
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage.
    Chop onion and bell pepper.
    Mix cabbage, onion and bell pepper in large bowl.
    Brown ground chuck and mix with cabbage.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
