Baked Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams (drain 1 can, reserve juice from 2nd can)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
3 dashes cayenne pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Muenster cheese
Preparation

On low heat, simmer butter, onion and garlic until soft.
Add clams, reserved juice, lemon juice, oregano, Tabasco sauce and pepper, then add bread crumbs.
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and strips of Muenster cheese.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
