Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes; place potatoes in saucepan and cover with water.
    Boil potatoes until tender; stir potatoes in pan; break up large pieces; do not let boil dry.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Simmer; add margarine.
