Easy Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomato or V-8 juice
    1 small cabbage, shredded
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 c. chopped or sliced carrots
    2 to 3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 to 3 small zucchini, sliced
Preparation
    In a large pot, empty can of juice; match with one can water. Heat to boil while preparing veggies.
    Add veggies to juice when it reaches a boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes, then lower heat to simmer and cook until veggies are tender.
    Season with black pepper and garlic powder to taste.
