Hash Brown Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hash brown potatoes (refrigerated) or 3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. cooked ham, sliced or diced
    4 drops hot pepper sauce
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    If you use the frozen hash brown, press between paper towels to remove moisture.
    Press hash browns into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.
    Drizzle melted butter over crust.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
    Remove from oven.
