Sweet Potatoes Surprise Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 medium size sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    large size marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender; drain well, reserving some liquid if needed.
    Mash the potatoes and mix with the rest of the ingredients, using reserved liquid if potato mixture is too dry.
    Using hands and a large spoon, spread potatoes around large size marshmallows. Roll in either crushed corn flakes or coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 just until marshmallows get soft.
    Serve warm.
