Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep 9-inch unbaked pie shell
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    12 slices cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Arrange layers of cheese and bacon in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
    Combine eggs with remaining ingredients; blend well.
    Pour over cheese and bacon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes (or until knife inserted in center comes out clean).
    Let stand a few minutes before serving.
