Fagioli All'Uccelletto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beans (preferably cannellini)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves
    sprinkle of sage
    black pepper to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine oil, garlic and sage in a skillet.
    When the garlic is golden, remove it and add the tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring often.
    Drain the beans and put them in the skillet, then let cook on medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes.
    Before serving, add freshly ground black pepper.
