Green Chiles And Rice Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sliced green onions (including tops)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. (4 oz.) diced green chiles
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 drops hot sauce
Preparation
    In small skillet over medium heat cook onions in butter until tender but not brown.
    Combine rice, cheese, chiles and tomato in large bowl.
    Add cooked onions.
