Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix carrots, sugar, flour, cinnamon, soda and Wesson oil. Beat in eggs.
    Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 - 8-inch layers.
