Jalapenos Encuridos(Pickled Jalapenos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    jalapeno peppers
    vinegar
    water
    olive oil
    salt
    pickling spices
Preparation
    Wash jalapeno peppers.
    Pack tightly in jar.
    For every cup of vinegar, use 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pickling spices.
    Heat mixture to boiling.
    Pour over peppers, so that they are well covered.
    Seal jars.
    Process pint jars 10 minutes in hot water bath.
