Apricot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dark raisins
    1/3 c. chopped, dried apricots
    1 c. uncooked rice, cooked according to instructions
    1/2 c. blanched almonds, chopped into small pieces
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Cover raisins and apricots in water and soak 30 minutes while cooking rice.
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Cook 30 minutes or until firm in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 6 vegetarian main course meals or 10 individual servings.
