Whole Wheat Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 small ripe bananas, mashed
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour,
    salt
    and soda;
    set aside.
    In a large bowl, cream
    margarine and sugar together; add eggs and vanilla, beating well.
    Stir
    in flour mixture, bananas and pecans until thoroughly
    combined.
    Pour
    into
    a
    well-greased
    and floured 8 1/2
    x
    4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool
    in
    pan
    for
    5 minutes, then turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
