Smoked Salmon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 shallot, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. walnut oil
2 soft avocados, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 small head lettuce, cut into strips
8 to 10 oz. smoked salmon, cut in strips
1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp. red peppercorns
Preparation

To make the vinaigrette, mix the shallot, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper together.
Add the oil in a steady stream, stirring constantly with a whisk.
