Peppermints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 heaping Tbsp. Marshmallow Fluff
3 drops oil of peppermint
Preparation

Boil sugar and water to soft ball stage when dropped in cold water.
Have butter and marshmallow ready and pour hot mixture over this and stir.
Add oil of peppermint and food coloring to suit taste.
Beat until quite thick, then drop on waxed paper. Makes about 50 mints.
