Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. red grapes, halved
1 c. or 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Run cranberries through food grinder or chop coarsely.
Place in bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Drain cranberries well.
