Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
46 oz. can tomato juice
1 c. diced celery
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chili beans
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion together.
Drain grease.
Add flour 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring well after each addition. Mix remaining ingredients and simmer in a heavy pot.
Serves 8.
