Ingredients

2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Mash crackers up and add sugar and butter. Mix together. Put into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix pudding and ice cream together with mixer and pour over cracker crust and top with Cool Whip. Freeze until you serve. Set out about 15 minutes before you serve.
