Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, salt and soda. Add milk and eggs, beating well after each addition. Pour in rest of ingredients and bake in a 7 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
