Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    1/2 c. shortening
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and salt in lukewarm water, then add yeast and dissolve.
    Stir in egg; add shortening and mix in flour (the first 5 cups flour can be stirred in; the last portion will have to be kneaded).
    Grease a large bowl and put dough in to rise.
    If put in refrigerator, you should grease top and put foil and a damp cloth on top.
    Allow 2 hours to rise, then make into desired shapes.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
