Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, cooled and shredded
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. diced scallions
    chives for garnish
Preparation
    Combine, dot with butter and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until heated.
