Julie'S Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
2 medium zucchini, grated to equal 2 c.
3 eggs
1 c. oil
Preparation

Mix flour with sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and soda until blended.
Set aside 1/2 cup nuts.
Combine remaining nuts with raisins and set aside.
Add zucchini to flour mixture.
Blend eggs.
Add to flour mixture. Stir until moistened and add raisin/nut mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes for bread and 25 minutes for muffins.
