Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
20 oz. crushed pineapple (large can; do not drain)
4 c. soft bread cubes
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until smooth.
Add milk, crushed pineapple and bread cubes.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
