Mexican Hamburger-Corn Bread Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger, drain, rinse under hot water and set aside
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, sliced

Preparation

Dump all ingredients into greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
