Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour custard into pastry shell.
    Bake 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and continue baking until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool.
    Serve with whipped cream. Makes one 9-inch pie.
