Taco El Grande - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. chili seasoning
2 cans Mexican or Italian tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
1 can Cheddar cheese or Nacho cheese soup
2/3 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook meat and drain.
Add spices and tomatoes.
Cook rice as directed on package.
Layer 1/2 meat mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put a layer of rice on top.
Add a layer of meat again.
Heat soup with the milk and pour over mixture.
Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serve with Fritos, chopped tomatoes, onions, lettuce and sour cream.
