Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 tsp. minced onions
    1 1/2 tsp. season salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pecans and blend thoroughly. Let chill in refrigerator until able to roll into ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with any saltines or variety crackers. A great appetizer for parties or the holidays!
