Devil'S Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    2 sq. (2 oz.) Baker's chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 scant c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook 1/2 cup milk, brown sugar and chocolate.
    Stir carefully to keep from sticking.
    Cool.
    Cream butter, sugar, eggs and 1/2 cup milk and combine with flour (sifted 3 times with baking soda added) alternately while adding to first mixture and bake in 2 greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
