Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh broccoli
    12 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into florets; wash and drain.
    Place broccoli and bacon pieces into large bowl; add shredded cheese.
    Chop onion and add to bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; add to broccoli mixture.
    Blend and chill.
    Serves 4 to 6.
