Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream cheese and sugar together; add eggs and vanilla.\tUse midget cupcake papers.
    Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. Add 1/2 to 3/4 mixture.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Top with pie filling.
