Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked, skinned, boned chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion
    2 or 3 pears or apples
    1 heaping Tbsp. curry
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. walnuts or almonds
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Heat oil; saute slightly the onion.
    Add pears; continue sauteing until half cooked.
    Add curry powder; mix well.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add soup which has been mixed with milk.
    Heat through; add chicken pieces.
    Add raisins and nuts; heat well. Serve over brown rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
