Minted Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, or 2 lb. fresh peas
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 sprig fresh mint, or 1/2 tsp. dried mint
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook peas in boiling water with salt, sugar and mint, about 10 minutes or until peas are tender.
    Drain.
    Combine butter and lemon juice, pour over peas.
    Makes 6 servings.
