Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. seasoned pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 lb. (sliced thinly) beef roast (roast should be as lean as possible)
Preparation
    Marinate four to six hours or overnight in glass dish.
    Use gas stove on pilot light or dehydrator until completely dry. Store in airtight container.
    Lasts for months.
    Wonderful for a snack on camping trips.
