Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slivered carrots
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pork tenderloin, chopped
Preparation
-
Saute carrots, green peppers, onions and celery in oil until tender.
Stir in meat, cooking until tender.
Add eggs to vegetables and meat mixture, then combine with rice.
Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.
