Canoe Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves unsliced Italian bread
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crabmeat or shrimp
    1 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Hollow out one loaf of bread.
    Break or cut the part you have removed and the entire second loaf into bite-size pieces.
    Combine mayonnaise, cheese, crab and onions in baking dish.
    May be done ahead to this point and refrigerated.
    Bake until hot (350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes) and pour into hollowed out bread.
    Serve surrounded with bread pieces for dipping.
