Blueberry Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. solid packed pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. thawed blueberries
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, brown sugar and egg.
Add dry ingredients mixture a little at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gently stir in blueberries last.
Grease or spray muffin pan(s).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins.
