Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 ??? butter or margarine
    chopped fresh parsley (if desired)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Moisten potatoes and shake a few at a time, coating well with cheese mixture.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place potatoes in a single layer in pan.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 1 hour, turning once during baking.
    When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
