Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash (fresh, canned or frozen)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 carrot, grated
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    herb crumbs, seasoned (stuffing mix, Pepperidge Farm blue bag)
Preparation
    Drain squash. Add onion, soup, carrots, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Butter casserole and
    sprinkle layer of crumbs in bottom. Add squash mixture. Cover with crumbs and generous dots of butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
