Favorite Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can small white beans
1 (12 oz.) solid packed tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
2 small onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 to 4 carrots, sliced
Preparation

Rinse and soak beans overnight.
Add bay leaf, garlic, salt and pepper.
Simmer for several hours or until beans are tender.
Saute onions and green pepper and add tomatoes.
Allow to cook several minutes.
