Lo-Cal Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
4 pkg. Equal
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Drain sauerkraut.
Add Equal, celery, green peppers, onions and vinegar.
Mix together.
The longer you marinate the better. Good over hot dogs or as a salad.
