Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    3 cans water
    1 chopped onion
    seasoning: salt, pepper, etc.
Preparation
    Cut steak in serving sizes. Season, flour and brown the steak. Put the steak into a baking pan with chopped onion, tomato sauce and 3 cans of water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
