Carrot Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine oil and sugar.
Sift half dry ingredients into sugar mixture; blend.
Sift remaining dry ingredients alternately with eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add carrots and mix well.
Add pecans.
