Creamy Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta, cut into chunks
1 pkg. green onion dip mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped drained pimentos
12 frozen corn tortillas
salad oil
Preparation

Mix beef and salt; brown in skillet. Drain and add Cheddar cheese and onion. Set aside.
Mix soup, milk and Velveeta in saucepan.
Place on low heat, stirring until Velveeta melts. Add dip mix, chilies and pimentos; set aside. Dip tortillas in hot oil for about 1 second to soften; drain well. Spread each tortilla with meat mixture.
Roll tightly and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour cheese sauce over tortillas. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
