Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe tomato, cut up
    3 Tbsp. frying drippings or oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water, milk or broth
Preparation
    Combine flour, pepper and salt in jar; shake until well combined.
    Stir into drippings/oil in skillet.
    Stir in liquid; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
    Add cut up tomato.
    Cook and stir another 2 minutes.
    If necessary, may be thinned with additional liquid.
